Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made from Etiuum, operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.

Scope of Service
Etiuum operates the online store www.etiuum.com, offering jewellery designed and produced in Poland. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers in Poland, the European Union, and other countries to which products are shipped.

Ordering and Payment
Orders may be placed online via the website at any time. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law. Payments are processed securely through selected third-party payment providers. An order is considered accepted and confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Delivery
Orders within Poland are shipped via InPost and typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Orders within the European Union are shipped from Poland via DHL or equivalent courier services with tracking and typically arrive within 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond the seller’s control.

Right to Withdraw and Returns
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. This right does not apply to bespoke or custom-made products. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods using the original method of payment.

Complaints and Faulty Goods
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not in conformity with the order, the customer should contact Etiuum without delay at info@etiuum.com. Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, and the customer may be offered a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Consumers residing in the European Union retain all mandatory rights granted to them under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
