These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made from RM Design Ltd, trading as Etiuum, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

Scope of Service
RM Design Ltd (trading as Etiuum) operates the online store www.etiuum.com, offering jewellery produced in Poland. These Terms apply to all orders placed by customers in the United Kingdom, the European Union, and other destinations we ship to.

Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed online via our website at any time. All prices include applicable VAT where required. Payments are processed securely via our chosen payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

Delivery
Orders within Poland are shipped via InPost and typically arrive in 2–4 business days. Orders within the European Union are shipped from Poland with full tracking and typically arrive in 4–7 business days. Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from Poland and may be subject to customs checks, import VAT or duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Right to Cancel and Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, provided the goods are returned in their original condition. This right does not apply to bespoke or custom-made items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned goods.

Complaints and Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@etium.com. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, customers in the EU will also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they reside.
